What data we process

The data you give us in the pre-booking form: name, phone, email, vehicle type and length, number plate (if you enter it), arrival and departure dates and times, and your comments.

What for

Only to handle your pre-booking: check whether there is a space, reply to you and, if you come, manage your stay. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation): you ask us for a space and we need your details to give it to you.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request. If your stay goes ahead, for the periods required by law (for example, tax rules). Otherwise, we delete it within twelve months at the latest.

Who else sees it

We do not share it with anyone, unless required by law. For the website and the form to work we use providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel), sending the form by email (Resend) and our email service (Google). Some of them are outside the European Economic Area and provide the safeguards required by law (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, restrict its use or take it with you, by writing to hello@camperparkbarcelona.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
